For an annual fee of $2,500, you’ll have direct access to Dr. Blanchard for a wide range of medical services designed to prioritize your health and wellness. This includes extended consultations (30-60 minutes), same-day appointments, and 24/7 availability for urgent medical concerns. We are dedicated to ensuring you receive the highest level of attention and care.

*Please note that our practice operates exclusively on a concierge membership basis. The membership fee covers services not covered by Medicare or other insurance plans. Any covered services provided by Dr. Blanchard will be billed directly to Medicare or your insurance, as applicable, in accordance with federal and state regulations.
